Learn how your feet work and how to fix them yourself in Foot Fix Fundamentals. This 3 months long container offers education in the form of pre-recordings on topics such as foot anatomy, the role of pain, why we develop common foot ailments (bunions, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, achilles tendinitis, etc), and how to slowly fix your feet FOR GOOD. You will have access to me via a weekly group call space for all your questions, concerns, and discussion curiosities.
